Due to our very irregular schedules it was quite hard to find a french teacher as almost all the regular classes are based on fixed days and hours. But as we were new in France and had to start from scratch, lessons were very much needed. Lucie offered to help us out by making custom fit video lessons and planning a few private skype video sessions based on our rosters. Like this we were able to study and progress in our own time which really was the perfect solution. To be honest I was pleasantly surprised by the setup of the videos. The structure was very clear with good explanations and helpful exercises. Also the videos were very well linked together. A big plus side for me is that you can pause, rewind, watch again, make a lot of notes and study at your own pace. For us this worked extremely well and we never really missed a "live" teacher as Lucy was always available for questions or an extra session online. We continue to learn french chez Lucie as we really like her approach. The lessons contributed a lot to our daily life here in la douce France.
